Together with my #fitfam, we had the privilege to lead the warm-up sessions for the #ResolutionRun 2019 by Sun Life Malaysia ☀️

With a crowd of 3,500 runners, the energy at 6.30AM on a Saturday morning was unbelievable! And that’s the one thing I love most about teaching. It’s the coming together of a group of people, a community that shares a similar interest to be active, to #LiveHealthierLives - just #goodvibes going all around!
